Been using this company bi-annually for 7 years maintaining our heating, cooling and furnace attached humidifier. They have always been nice n time cleaned up after and completed the work timely.

Alex does a splendid job with our semi-annual maintenance/inspection. Chapman has excellent notifications as to who will arrive and at what time. They even provide a photo of the service technician. Excellent process.

Showed up on time. Tested the machine and found out the problem. Unit was in a very difficult location in an attic crawl space but still was able to complete the repair very quickly.

We had a furnace humidifier problem. A new part was order and the tech came back in a few days and installed the part. The humidifier is working perfectly.

Darren replaced flame sensor on a Trane furnace, still under warranty so covered. Very professional and though and checked temps coming out of vents. Great job, service as it should be! Rare these days. Thanks so much!
