Been using this company bi-annually for more than 12 years maintaining our heating, cooling and furnace attached humidifier. They have always been nice on time cleaned up after and completed the work timely.
The outside temperature turned cold and we turned up the furnace temperature. The thermostat showed an error fault code. I called Chapman and they sent a service technician, Warren, the next morning. The technician quickly assessed the problem and provided the needed service. Since the service the furnace has been working well.

Chapman HVAC is very prompt and reliable. Good workmanship. Courteous employees. Humidifier installed on existing furnace. Reasonable charges. Would highly recommend.
In my earlier post I failed to mention that the team of Eden and Jacob did a great job today switching out our old unit for the new one. They were both very polite and professional as they performed their duties...a 5 star performance! Ditto for the office staff and management.
Repaired older system to run until new one installed. Carly at the office was very professional and helpful, got service scheduled right away. Terrance, our tech was amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. Very easy to work with, polite even to our bothersome cat. Got us up and running quickly. Really good at helping select and schedule new install. Highly recommend.
Just had maintenance performed on furnaces by Chapman to get ready for the winter. Darren did a great job was thorough, polite and very personable. I have used Chapman for several years and they always do an excellent job. I highly recommend.
Chapman did such a great job advocating for me! We had a broken Trane unit where Trane basically said your SOL, even though we had a warranty. Chapman immediately reached out to Carrier and both companies worked to make sure we were satisfied with our new unit (and the cost)! On top of that, their team that installed the unit were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful during the install. So happy with their service and would highly recommend Chapman!
AC went out on the weekend. Contacted Chapman HVAC. Left message and 3 hours later service tech arrived. Warren diagnosed problem quickly and had part on van to repair. Warren was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the quick response to call and quick repair time. Highly recommend Chapman and Warren. I am a repeat customer. Great service!
Fix one issue and another occurs several days later. Warren returned with a part and within an hour the unit is operating normally. Thanks again to Warren. Chapman’s provides excellent service.
11/04/24. Had my scheduled furnace service for the fall. Darren showed up at the scheduled time. Inspected and serviced furnace, humidifier and AC. Upon completion gave me a report of the condition of the 16 year old furnace. No issues. Have used Chapman’s service for several years. Always pleased with the service. Great customer service.

Darren was courteous and knowledgable. He gave updates and clearly explained the issues with our geothermal unit. He answered our questions and put us at ease.
