Michael did an excellent job. I’ve used Chapman for years because they are very reliable and professional. They hire superior employees like Michael and that makes all the difference to me.
My AC recently quit working. After diagnosing a bad compressor Chapman promptly sent Warren on the next business day with a new one. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional about the installation. My unit was up and running again in very little time. Thanks Chapman for the great service and sending a very experienced tech to do the job.
Highly recommend Chapman!! My 5 month old Carrier HP went out and Mr Chapman fought for me to get a complete replacement!!! Not often these days that you find a company that has your back!!!

Michael was fast & efficient. Very thorough in his work. Didn’t make a mess, cleaned up the site. Explained in detail what he did and how the air conditioner was working within normal ranges. Would have him again.
Very professional and quick turn around for install. Judd was our sales rep and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Judd is very knowledgeable on HVAC. We had to get an entire new furnace and AC . Eden was our service tech and he was very polite and got us back up in no time. Chapman has THE BEST financing around. We called several places for estimates and no one could match what they have to offer. Chapman is amazing hands down the best
On time, information shared and explained, knowledgeable about current system and provided estimates for replacement when or if needed. Was thorough with explanations and repair that was needed. Highly recommend Chapman HVAC to anyone who needs maintenance or replacement of a system.
The team at Chapman are great to deal with. From the office staff to the field technicians, everyone I've dealt with is friendly and knowledgeable. They communicate amazingly! Each field tech that I've dealt with over the last 10 years has been well trained, courteous, and great to work with. I'm not sure how they do it, but they have a great model. I'd highly recommend Chapman for all your HVAC work.

Annual service call on the AC this morning. Alex was on time as promised. One year in the system is working perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with Chapman.
The problem was finally happening while the technician was here, Jon was able to diagnose and get a part ordered. Chris came a few days later and installed the part, it took a couple of hours but the AC is working again!
