If your furnace turns on and off rapidly, it not only wastes energy but also wears the system out faster. We inspect airflow, thermostats, and safety controls to find the right fix that will restore smooth operation.
Banging, rattling, or squealing noises are signs that something is off. Loose parts, worn belts, or motor issues can be identified and fixed to prevent further damage.

Furnaces can shut down for several reasons; some simple, some serious. Common causes include a dirty air filter, a malfunctioning thermostat, pilot light or ignition failure, or a tripped safety switch. Sometimes it's a worn-out part, or even just a blown fuse. The good news? Our expert techs can quickly diagnose the issue and walk you through exactly what’s needed to get your heat back on.
If your furnace turns on but no air is blowing, the blower motor could be the issue. It might be due to electrical problems, worn-out motor components, overheating, or a faulty control board. Either way, our technicians at Chapman Heating and Cooling can safely inspect and repair the problem so you don’t risk further damage to your system.

Our whole house humidifier was not working and we called Chapman Heating to check on it. Our technician, Michael, checked our furnace and humidifier and determined that the furnace had a part that was not working properly. He had the part ordered. He returned when the part was available and installed the part and determined humidifier was working properly but the thermostat was not set to operate the humidifier. He reset the thermostat and the humidifier is working perfectly. Michael was very efficient and knowledgeable and made the needed repairs to our system. His work was 5 star. I would give him and Chapman 10 stars if possible.
Jeremy and Alan were both great. We had a difficult situation that needed to be addressed and I appreciate their professional and pleasant problem-solving skills. Jeremy has been here before and always been very good at listening to concerns and has incredible work ethics! After being very frustrated for a few months, it was nice to see our concern being addressed and issues corrected.
Michael was the most patient and knowledgeable service tech from beginning to end. He was polite and courteous and put on booties over his shoes everytime he entered my home. He took the time to show and explain things to me in a way I’d understand. We wouldn’t call anyone else to service our HVAC.
